Day-to-Day Duties

  • Design schematics and layouts for new sensors and IoT devices
  • Design and optimize antennae and other RF circuits
  • Develop, test, and debug embedded software
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver a robust home automation solution

Have what it takes?

  • B.A. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, MS is a plus (Liberal arts academic experience or interests is also a plus)
  • Academic or commercial experience in development with microcontrollers, sensing devices, and embedded software
  • Skilled in hardware design, schematics, layout, engineering, integration and mathematics. Familiarity of layout software such as PADS and Eagle
  • Self-starter, analytical, tenacious problem solver
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail with focus on robustness, scalability and quality of products
  • Excitement for creating high quality consumer technology products
