Day-to-Day Duties
- Assess product functionality, data content, and system architecture for the products we deliver to the consumer market
- Interact with developers, business analysts and product management to ensure the quality of our SaaS solution
- Ensure the success of weekly software and web deployments to 5.5M end users
- Run tests as well as track and follow defects through the resolution process
- Understand how Alarm.com subscribers use our technology in their daily lives
Have what it takes?
- Bachelors in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Science. Relevant experience or strong interest in engineering will also be considered
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with hardware, software, and network technologies
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical information
- Process-oriented with ability to pay close attention to details
- Experience in quality engineering, knowledge of automated testing tools, and/or SQL experience are a plus
